For kids undergoing oncology treatment

Any child or young person (up to 18 years) currently undergoing active oncology treatment at an Australian hospital can apply (one application per child per year).

Please complete the form below, uploading a supporting document from the treating hospital (i.e. a letter signed by the doctor or social worker).

The child can then go online to Bricks To The World to select their preferred LEGO set(s) to the value of $400 total and Bricks and Smiles will arrange for these to be sent directly to the child at the preferred location (hospital/home).
